Convenient location and pleasant staff
central location bus station pleasant staff
The location proved very central. The railway and bus station are quite near. Princess Street and George Street are a few minutes walk. I found the price was good for this city centre location. The staff was pleasant.

The location proved totally convenient. The room featured a good size. Staff members were so friendly.
One hand towel showed a noticeable rip. The room was very noisy because of water travelling through pipes. We barely slept. I turned on the TV to drown out the noise.

The reception provided a very efficient check-in. My room included Arran shower gels. Breakfast featured plenty of fresh fruit and pastries.
The hotel was strange and labyrinthine it was very hard not to get lost.

The location was convenient. It was downtown and just a block away from the tram station.
My room was very dark. The main ceiling lights did not work. It was quite disappointing given the price and standard I expected.

Central Gem!
central location friendly staff spacious room
The location was very central. I could easily access the tram and the sightseeing buses. The staff were friendly. They were informative. My Club Beautiful Double Room was clean and spacious!
I experienced a ripped hand towel in the bathroom. I noticed persistent noise due to the air conditioning system. Water circulated through pipes loudly. I tried to sleep. In the early hours I switched on the TV in order to drown out the noise

Breakfast was plentiful. It was brought directly to my table. The breakfast buffet also included numerous other choices. I liked the freshly squeezed juice! The coffee machine offered multiple tea options.

The hotel is in a prime location, very central. St Andrew's Square is directly across from the hotel. Shopping areas are nearby! It made exploring easy.
